How it works

    Log In

    Log into your customer account. (Ordered offline and don't have an online account yet? Simply use "Forgot password" with your order email).

    Open Order History

    Click on your profile icon in the top right and select "Order History". Here you will immediately see all amounts, current shipping status, and direct links for tracking.

  3. 3

    View Details & Imprint

    Click on "View" on the right. In the detail view, you will find payment links, the exact invoice total, as well as the preview of your personalisation (imprint).
