1. Promoter

2. Eligibility
2.1 This promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or over and business customers residing in Germany, France, United Kingdom, Austria and Switzerland.

2.2 Employees of Adler, its affiliates, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are excluded from participation.

2.3 By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

3. Promotion Period
The promotion runs from:
13th July 2026 to 9 August 2026

4. Entry Mechanism
4.1 Customers who place an order on the Adler website, with a value higher than £ 250 during the Promotion Period will automatically be entered into the prize draw.

4.2 No purchase is necessary to enter.
Participants may alternatively enter the prize draw by submitting a free entry request via:

including:
- Full name
- Company name (if applicable)
- Country of residence
- Full mailing address

4.3 Free entry submissions must be received within the Promotion Period and will count as one (1) entry per person.

4.4 Only one free entry per person is permitted.

5. Prize
Weekly Prize (1 winner per week)
Each week during the Promotion Period, one winner will receive:
POLARBOX Retro Cooler 20l: Link to product
A total of four (4) winners will be selected during the competition period.

5.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.

5.3 Adler reserves the right to substitute the prize with an equivalent prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random each week during the Promotion Period using a fair and verifiable process.
The weekly draws will take place after each competition week has ended.

7. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified within 30 days of each weekly draw via email or telephone.
If a winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternative winner may be selected.

8. Prize Delivery
The prize will only be shipped once Adler has received confirmation that the winner’s order has been successfully processed, shipped, and fully paid.
Following confirmation of the order payment and shipment status, the prize will be dispatched within 30 days.

9. Taxes
Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the winner.

10. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.
Data will only be used for:
- Administration of the promotion
- Winner communication
- Prize fulfilment
Personal data will not be used for marketing purposes without explicit consent.

11. Publicity
Winners may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion.

12. Liability
Adler accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical issues.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

13. Disqualification
Adler reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, incomplete, or do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
