We make every effort to ensure that your promotional gifts are manufactured to your exact specifications and we're not satisfied until you are. If you would like to request a return or replacement after receiving your merchandise, please contact our Customer Service Department by sending an e-mail to email@example.com with your order number in the subject line. You may also call us at 0800 0087 555. Customer Service Representatives are available to assist you, Monday through Friday, from 8:30am until 5:00pm.
To return your order by mail, please follow the 4 steps below:
- Please make sure your order number appears on the outside and inside of all cartons.
- Briefly explain the problem with your order.
- If an imprint error has occurred, please provide the correct imprint with your return.
