Our internal whistleblowing system is designed to protect you when submitting reports. Your identity is securely protected through the specific procedure of the whistleblower platform. Reports received are handled by an external, independent body and processed with strict confidentiality, so you do not need to fear negative consequences in your workplace.
Reports should be submitted to the best of your knowledge and in good faith. The protection of your identity only applies as long as you do not violate applicable law. Please only submit reports if you have knowledge of, or a well-founded suspicion of, misconduct. If reports are submitted recklessly or deliberately falsely, or if unfounded allegations are made, the whistleblower may face appropriate consequences.
We encourage our employees to confidently contact their supervisors or our dedicated reporting office if they become aware of compliance risks or violations. This gives us the opportunity to address problems effectively and swiftly.
Your information will be received and processed by independent persons who are bound by confidentiality, and appropriate follow-up measures will then be taken.
