United Parcel Service is Adler's preferred delivery service in the United Kingdom. Orders shipped UPS Ground should arrive within 6 business days after leaving the factory.

Shipping & Handling Charges

The standard charge is: up to 20lbs.: £9.95 plus VAT / Over 20lbs.: £17.99 plus VAT. The appropriate charge for your order will be reflected in the cart.

Estimated Ship Date

The estimated ship date is the date your order will leave Adler. To ensure timely delivery, orders with multiple products may ship separately.  For more information, please review our frequently asked questions.

Please note that due to production, over- or under-deliveries may vary by up to 5% of the ordered quantity. The quantity delivered is invoiced and cannot be claimed. It is not always possible to deliver exact quantities of customised promotional items.
